Elan Oxidizing Emulsion 3%, 30 ml
Oxidizing emulsion 3% is the innovative component of SBTS system is developed for mixing with eyebrow tint and colour boosters- active ingredients of the eyebrow tinting system – «SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM».
Due to the presence of emulsifying substances in the oxidizing emulsion, eyebrow hairs are protected during the tinting procedure. As a result of mixing the oxidizing emulsion with the long-lasting eyebrow tint «DEEP BROW TINT», the specialist receives the coloring tinting with the pH 7. The eyebrow tint « DEEP BROW TINT » is the first eyebrow tint with neutral pH, which protects the hairs from damage and prevents skin dryness.
How to use:
1. Cleanse the eyebrows and the area around the eyebrows using detox- mousse by ТМ ÉLAN professional line with a degreasing effect. Remove the product with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
2. Define the eyebrow shape with the pencil for eyebrows. Clean up the lines with a flat brush.
3. Mix the eyebrow tint DEEP BROW TINT by ТМ ELAN professional line with the oxidizing emulsion 3% in the ratio 1:1 in a non-metallic bowl.
Note! Use «Eyebrow Tint Colour Boosters» «06 INDIGO» or «07 ORANGE» by TM ELAN professional line according to the mixing scheme in order to add more depth and intensity to the eyebrow tint basic colour palette:
Eyebrow Tint (49%) + Oxidizing Emulsion (49%) + Colour Booster (2%) = Tinting Mixture (100%)
Attention! The more colour booster is used, the more final shade is closer to the basic booster colour (blue or orange).
4. Apply the tinting mixture on the eyebrows and leave it for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired eyebrow colour intensity, then remove the tinting mixture completely with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
5. Fix the achieved result with «COLOR FIX» colour fixing fluid. Do not rinse off.
Expiration date: 24 months.
Period after opening (PAO): 6 months.
